Shipping:
Purchases are shipped to UK addresses only by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Under normal circumstances all pictures are dispatched within five working days. If a papercut is ordered but for some reason can't be supplied within the normal shipping terms you will be contacted to ask whether you would prefer to cancel the order or to wait longer for it.

If a parcel goes missing it is not considered lost until 30 days have passed from its dispatch, so I will be unable to resolve the situation for you until the 30 days have passed. 

If multiple items are purchased they may be packaged and sent separately if doing so would reduce risk of damage. There would be no extra charge if this is the case.

Item variation:
The photographs on this website show a sample of the design and not the actual item you will receive. Each picture is individually cut and so there are slight differences in each. 

​

When ordering a papercut that has a limited number you may receive a different number to the one shown, as the one shown is just an example.

Any props used in the photographs to display the pictures are not included as part of the purchase.

Cancellation:
Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchasing.

Returns:
I package the pictures very carefully to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event of a picture arriving damaged please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will strive to resolve the situation in an appropriate manner for you.

Your email address and personal details are not used for any purposes other than to fulfill the transaction and legal requirements.
