
Returns & Cancellation
Your Right To Cancel (Not Including Custom or Bespoke Items).
If you are purchasing through my online website, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. There is no need to state a reason.
This cancellation period of 14 days begins the day following your receipt of the product.
To cancel your purchase you must notify me in writing within the 14-day period. For example, you may email me to say you wish to cancel your purchase.
After notifying me in writing you must return the product within 14 days from the date you notified me.
Products That Cannot Be Cancelled
You cannot cancel any commissioned, personalised or bespoke artwork, once work has begun, unless it arrives damaged.
Return of Non-Damaged and Non-Faulty Products
If you cancel your order according to the 14 day period mentioned above, the products must be returned undamaged and in their original good condition.
You, the purchaser, are responsible for the postage cost to return the products, and the items are your responsibility until I receive them. Because of this you may wish to consider using tracked postage.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives faulty or damaged and you wish to return it, please contact me straight away. It would be helpful to email me a photograph.
In this situation you will be offered a full refund or to have a replacement sent to you.
If a return is required I will refund the postage cost as long as it is reasonable.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once I have received your returned item and checked its condition, I will refund your purchase within 14 days using the original payment method. Where this is not technically possible, the refund will be made by an alternative method. Refunds are issued after the returned product is received, or after evidence of return is provided. Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Please note that postage is not refunded for non-faulty or undamaged products as mentioned above.

To request a cancellation of your order or report a damaged or faulty product, please email me at originalpapercutart@gmail.com stating your order number and details and letting me know your request.
Please don’t return any purchases before first contacting me.

Item Variation
The photographs on this website show a sample of the design and not the actual item you will receive. Each picture is individually cut and so there are slight differences in each.
When ordering a papercut that has a limited number you may receive a different number to the one shown, as the one shown is just an example.
These are not considered faults but may be returned within the 14-day cancellation period in line with the non-damaged and non-faulty returns policy above. The products must be returned within the 14 day return period as mentioned.
Any props used in the photographs to display the pictures are not included as part of the purchase.
